Amanda Greenberg is the Founder and Principal of Aribella LLC, a consultancy dedicated to helping PE- and VC-backed companies accelerate growth, scale operations and maximize enterprise value. With nearly two decades of leadership experience across consumer, software, healthcare and business services, Amanda brings a proven ability to step into complex situations, align leadership teams and deliver transformational results.
 

Prior to founding Aribella, Amanda served as an Operating Executive for Bloom Equity Partners, Vista Equity Partners and Centre Lane Partners, where she partnered with over 20 portfolio companies to design and execute value creation plans, lead commercial realignments and drive revenue acceleration. Amanda frequently serving as Acting CRO or CMO to stabilize underperforming organizations. Her leadership has delivered outcomes including triple-digit pipeline growth, doubling revenue YoY and accelerating margin expansion.  Amanda has seen multiple exits, including one that generated an 8x ROIC. 

 

Prior to Amanda's time as an Operating Executive, she held senior operating roles with KIND Snacks, Ferrara Candy Company and Philips, where she built high-performing teams and scaled multi-million-dollar business units.
 

Amanda earned her BA from George Washington University, her MBA from the University of Central Florida and she holds an Advanced Finance Certificate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Amanda is active in Wharton’s Women in Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
